Terms and Conditions

  • Client will be expected to provide necessary training to staff that are not competent in the use of their equipment and programs.
  • Client will ensure that staff do not install unauthorised loading of third party programs, Games, Music etc. that effect the performance of the network, PC’s and Servers
  • Client will ensure that obsolete equipment will be replaced should TECHOUT receive excessive calls on such equipment. TECHOUT will supply such replacement equipment at cost +7% for notebooks and mobile devices and other hardware between 10-15%.
  • TECHOUT will be entitled to charge at the then prevailing hourly labour rate should repeat calls be caused by the above.
  • TECHOUT will endeavour to minimise repeat calls. These calls will be analysed and corrective measures will determined, approved by both parties and implemented.
